It's time to focus on how your body FEELS rather than how it LOOKS

If you spend more time trying to figure out how to look thin and appealing to your partner than to feeling pleasure during sex, this is the class for you!

Your brain can only focus on one thing at a time, so if your brain is obsessed with how your body looks, it can’t pay attention to how your body FEELS. That means you’re missing out on the pleasure that’s available to you!

In this class we’ll talk about:

  • ways to shift your thinking around how your body looks during sex,
  • my PROMISE that there are people who want to love you in the body you’re in today, 
  • positions to try and positions to avoid, and
  • letting your partner support you in making peace with your body, rather than pushing them away.

This will be great for you if:

  • you deal with body image issues and they get in the way of you enjoying sex
  • you have a partner who struggles with body image issues and you want to understand why your affirmations don’t seem to make a dent; 
  • you want to help smash the patriarchal story that only certain bodies deserve love.


This class is for individuals or couples and is appropriate for all genders, sexualities, etc. You do not need to have a partner or any experience to attend the class.
